If you compare the magazine covers of Girls’ Life and Boys’ Life, you’ll find a host of differences: The first focuses on beauty tips and fashion advice while the latter exclusively advertises tips on career exploration. 

Earlier this month, Facebook user Shoshanna Keats-Jaskoll uploaded an image of both publications side by side to point out the sexism and “divergent messages” being sent by the magazines.
