Bold monitor lizard interrupts Formula 1 race

An enthusiastic monitor lizard was the star of Saturday’s Singapore Grand Prix.

Dutch driver Max Verstappen was forced to drive carefully around the creature when it scuttled onto the track in the middle of the race.

“There’s a giant lizard on the track,” he told his teammates. This was extremely accurate.
